The Girl Who Circumnavigated Fairyland in a Ship of Her Own Making by Catherynne M. Valente

"Once upon a time, a girl named September grew very tired indeed of her parents' house, where she washed the same pink-and-yellow teacups and matching gravy boats every day, slept on the same embroidered pillow, and played with the same small and amiable dog."

You can look into this further, but I guess this is not eligable as it was published on-line before this year.

It should be eligible, since it was a self-publishing situation online...was it not? It won the 2010 Norton, though. Considering that it is the best since Lewis Carroll, L. Frank Baum, & C.S. Lewis, it should gain more recognition.
