You can look into this further, but I guess this is not eligable as it was published on-line before this year.

It should be eligible, since it was a self-publishing situation online...was it not? It won the 2010 Norton, though. Considering that it is the best since Lewis Carroll, L. Frank Baum, & C.S. Lewis, it should gain more recognition.
